C'est magnifique...love this adorable little chef! reminds me of the animated chefs in Ratatouille :) Celeste & I stole some time away one day & took in this movie. It remained cute as long as I kept it in movie perspective...I shudder to think too far.
This card was designed by Nebin featuring the masking technique and adding texture to our chef's pants using the canvas BG. (I believe I need to give credit to one of the SCS stampers) We finished the card with watercolouring.
Materials list: Bon Appetit & Canvas BG sets, Really Rust, Old Olive and whisper White CS. Going Gray, Black Stazon inks, EE Watercolour crayons, mustard ribbon and brads.

Imagine my surprise on Saturday at Regionals...The MC introduced Shelli Gardner and there she was onstage!!! Wow...my first ever SU! sponsered event and seeing the CEO of Stampin UP! I guess I assumed that she attends Convention and is much too busy for smaller events. (to me it was huge...LOL)
Very down to earth and with the grace and elegance of an ambassador she got us started with business and based her speech on our statement of the heart! Then we got right into stamping interspersed with fun ideas by the many onstage guests. Wow!!!
My very first recruit Tammy and I posed for a picture with Shelli to document this
moment...I love those moments! What a treat it was!

To be on the recieving end of class was so much fun and relaxing!!! I finally took this class I have been eyeing for at least three years...Kris Hoffer who owns Rubberbuggy made the class fun and exciting! It was worth the money and time...These stamps are highly detailed and have alot of depth...gorgeous images. One of the images remind me of Ontario with the lakes, canoes and beautiful sunsets...
There you have it, my samples from Saturday :) Look up Rubberbuggy for their class listings...Kris has alot more classes lined up.
Using the new Fabulous Flowers with the Outlaw designer series papers! You gotta love the Boho West look!!! These papers also coordinate with the Round Up SS kit.
I used the sage shadow textured cs from the SS kit.
Stamped my background with the large flower using first & second generation stamping, layered my DP with the scallop edged sage shadow and cut out two of the stamped flowers in varied sizes and layered my elements.
Materials used: Outlaw DP,Round UP SS kit,Naturals CS,Fabulous Flowers set, Sage Shadow & Really rust inks, ribbon.
Been slackin on the priorities lately...LOL
Well, what do you know, but summer is come to an end (for me) and school is underway! Cyber school is a new venture for us and we are learning a few things...just ask my loveable dogsitter...
Doing this LO was like puuulling teeth for me. Though my subject is fun to work with, it was a painful process! I wanted to use the new Creative License SS kit and limit myself to this fun hostess kit. In the end, I loved the page!
Materials used: Simply Scrappin Creative License,Naturals white CS, On the Spot & Canvas BG, Well-worn Alphabet, Stamp of Authenticity,Spiral Punch, Circle punch, Round tab punch. Not quite Navy, bordering blue, pumpkin pie inks
