Gingerbread Christmas Anyone ~

This darling gingerbread man card was inspired by Diva Jessica Fick. I love the use of lace doilies on her cards. The added texture and design of the doily is always inspiring to me. perfect. So here is my version and discovered a quick and easy way to embellish my card. So, thank you Jessica! You rock those doilies.

I stamped my gingerbread onto Kraft CS and punched him out with scallop punch. I layered my die cut doily and layered it onto Kraft CS and added lace and some ribbon. Very quick and so cute!

Thank you for visiting and looking!

Vintage Noel ~

This Vintage Ornament set is a perfect combo with Christmas Ornaments. I cut the sentiment down to fit my design. I stamped the ornament twice which gives it a lighter version of the original. I added some rhinestone swirls to the design to give them a hanger and finished it off with the seam binding ribbon.

Thank you for looking and have a great week!!

Inks: versafine black, stampin up
paper: SU,

My first card is fairly simple, stamped onto white cs and inked the edges while still in the die. I layered it onto an embossed panel and tied my ribbon on top and fishtail cut the ribbon on the bottom. The sentiment is oval punched and inked on the edges.
inks: pencils,versafine,
papers: K&Co, SU
Accessories: brads, burlap, gamsol, Ranger EF
This card is my favourite! love the image and the background on it. Once I coloured the image and hand cut it out, I placed all my embellishments where I wanted them and it was complete!

Sneak Peek & Beauty by the Sea ~

Wintry Scenes are on the horizon! Here is a sneak peek of what is coming this coming Thursday Oct. 11th. Mark your calendar to join us, it all starts here
The summer flew by so fast, I didn't even set my foot in the sea the whole season! So this card will have to suffice in the memories of sea shells and serene settings. I created this card using Beauty by the Sea and the serene setting of The Sea...I love the combination of these two. I created a frame using the shells that I coloured using copics and hand cut them and placed them on the burlap trim. Love the feel of it especially with the added scripture.

The Sea is coloured with pencils and gamsol. I covered the entire piece with double stick paper and sprinkled sugar dust all over. It has a sparkle with a sandy texture.

Stamps: Beauty by the Sea, The Sea, sneak peek?
Inks: Copics, Memento, pencils, SU inks
Papers: SU dsp,
Accessories: SU punch, burlap trim, sugar dust, ribbon

Salute to the Sergeant ~

Our Son was recently promoted to Sergeant and we were very honoured and happy to witness this occasion. I had the privilege of pinning him to Sergeant. What a fabulous moment!
May God bless all of our Troops! They sacrifice their time and their all. Let's pray for them daily. Have a blessed day!
