Good Morning Sweet'nSassyFans! I have been wanting to share this fun summer set with you and indeed it makes me happy happy! The warmth has finally made its appearance to stay around...well, it is June!
My card uses the Happy Happy stamp set with the matching Happy Happy dieset. The images are coloured using SU chalks and shaded until I achieved the colour I wanted. The sentiment is stamped in versafine and circle punched and inked to give it some depth. I adhered the die cut images using dimensional tape. For some embellishment, I added some rhinestones to the side panel.
Stamps: Happy Happy
Paper: MME, SU
Inks: SU chalks, Versafine black
Accessories: Rhinestones, SU punch

Now, on to the Release! First up...
You'll love playing with these fun images and combining the 14 different sentiments to make your card say just the right thing! The best part is the die set includes a die for each of the arrow images making it a snap to add an arrow to any card creation!
These 13 large sentiments are perfect for making birthday cards for friends and family alike!
My first card uses a fun combination of What's Up? and Birthday Word Art. These two sets pair up so easily, you'd think they were created for each other. I love the ease in creating a masculine look with the numbers, arrows and fonts in each set.
My second card features the Birthday Word art in a simple card. Again, I chose colours that could easily be gender neutral, although I couldn't help adding some ribbon. Materials used: Stamps: Birthday Word Art, What's UP? Paper: Authentique, SU Inks: Versafine Black Accessories: SU Ribbon, SU Punch, CTMH black Sparkles, button

Summer days are here and we are back with the Heartfelt Creations Alumni DT's bloghop! The warm sunny days were elusive this month. Regardless, the Alumni DT is ready for another fun bloghop. I had a time taking a picture of my project, so I apologize in advance for the lighting. Here is a closeup version.
I have been wanting to create this frame for some time. I pulled out some of the pretty Sunny Day Collection papers and shaped some of the majestic morning blooms to decorate my frame. I used my favourite Bella Rose Diefor my swirls and leaves. For additional backdrop, I chose the Timeless Amour Dieand tucked it behind the flowers. The scripture text (happens to be my favourite) is cut into strips using my paper cutter and hand cut into banners for easy placement amongst the blooms. Finally, the centres of flowers are filled with Spring Prills.
Accessories: Heartfelt Creations Dies (Bella Rose die, Timeless Amour Die, Majestic Morning die) Prills, CTMH Bracket frame
Comments close on Fri. June 27th at midnight! You could be the winner of one $25 gift certificate to shop at Heartfelt Creations - the winner will need to email Emma Lou with "Winner of June Alumni Hop" in subject line. Be sure to leave a comment on each blog for your chance to win.
Hi everyone, the month is flying by! I am traveling to Canada to be with my family. I am hoping to see beautiful sunsets while I am there.
I am sharing the new cattails die and the So thankful stamp set. What makes this new stamp set so versatile is the ability to pair different sentiments to create the perfect card...AND a variety of fonts makes this set a must have!
I started by masking a circle to create a sun and sponged colours to achieve the look I wanted. I randomly sponged colours to create a water/or hill and then die cut some cattails to give it dimension and a beautiful silhouette. I love how it turned out.
Materials Used: Stamps: So Thankful
Inks: Ranger Inks - Mustard Seed, Crushed Olive, Spiced Marmalade, Fired Brick, Pine Needles, Faded Jeans, Versafine black
Accessories: SNSS cattail dies, SU circle punch
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
